Growing up in a small suburb in New Jersey, i developed an interest in architecture through observing and characterizing various building styles. However, it wasn't until the age of fifteen when I realized my interest in landscape architecture. My love of golf combined with my interest in maintaining the yard led me into the diverse realm of landscape architecture. Enrolled in the State University of New York College of Environmental Science & Forestry, I aspire to earn the Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (B.L.A) degree in 2018.
I have always found maps and the layouts of things to be fascinating. When I see things like plazas and campuses I am always wondering how or why the designer decided to arrange things that particular way. I also enjoying designing things to solve problems, for example designing a glass house for a competition: I also am interested in the study of different materials ranging from brick to Kentucky Bluegrass.
